The design revolves around a custom-built laser holder that enables the creation of PCBs using dry film photoresist and a 3D printer. To achieve this, I rely on a small yet powerful 5mW laser, boasting a radius of precisely 5.8mm. This compact laser is perfectly situated within the holder alongside a dc-dc converter (24V to 5V) mounted on a mini360 board, and an intuitive switch for seamless operation.
