Laser Free Face Shield / face Mask frame. Assembly video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bs6uWl9ojLM& FINAL UPDATE: Finalmask is the latest version of this, no need for cutting at all, just slot in a sheet of a4 sized transparency paper and your good to go. you can tape it in place, use a paper clip/wire or bolts through the holes. Bigger sheets can still be used just can not use the inner ring, inner ring accepts up to .9mm thick. Also added a version with hooks that can be used rather than the slots for the band UPDATE: version3. is thinner withtop holes sealed. v5 has no gussets. v5 guessets do not affect strength, leaving it as an option though. Added new version with holes to cut down material cost Noticed there was a major shortage in face masks / face shields. However most of the ones out there required thick laser cut plexiglass that is a bit hard to get and a real bottleneck for mass production. So i invented this frame to solve that problem. All you do is get a overhead projector sheet, that are commonly found in schools and school supplies or also know as Transparency film. Cut it to size with some scissors right at 6.5inches wide, slide it through the slot then poke some holes though it where the marks are. and keep the shield in place with whatever you have, even paperclips work fine. Next just run some straps using whatever you have available and there ya go. If ya want to be extra comfortable add a bit of foam padding to the inside. Slot accepts up to 1mm thick film and if it's even wider it will accept even larger sizes just use the outside holes. Feel Free to hit up HabWS.com if you don't have a 3d printer
