Laser engraver smoke exhaust - wall penetration 4in
thingiverse
Laser engraver smoke exhaust with wall penetration 4in and rain cover featuring a one way flap. This example was printed using ASA filament and a 1.0mm nozzle for fast prototyping on a print bed measuring 200x200 X 200-400. The design accommodates various thicknesses of walls, ranging from 13 to 300mm, and can be used as a simple wall penetration device or with an elbow rain cover if desired. Before testing the design, it's essential to clean all threads using a wire brush or sandpaper to remove impurities and print glitches. The threads are offset by 0.6mm but may feel tight; however, parts fit nicely after surface contact and thread cleaning.
