Laser Engraver Rotary Level Stand

Rotary level stand for laser engraver rotary tools! When using a rotary tool on a laser engraver, some items are too long or need their bottom end adjusted to be level to the laser head, such as tapered glasses. I wanted something that could do this, but found very few options to purchase so opted to make my own.The level stand consists of a stand, a slide, and 2 wheels. The slide goes into the stand and can be adjusted for height, and the wheels attach to the slide and can be adjusted for width depending on the project.There are 2 slide options, one short and one tall. I find the short one works best with the Elegoo Phecda rotary tool, but included both so it should work with most devices.I attach the level stand with magnets to my honeycomb panel, but it has screw holes as well.The stand prints without supports, but the slides and wheels need supported. I just did tree supports in Cura and they turned out perfect. I used 50% infill for structure. Lay the slide down on its back for best printing.You'll need 3 machine screws (#6, about 1" long), 10 washers, 4 nuts, 1 wing nut, 4 rubber washers, and 2 O-rings. I'd advise taking the print down to the hardware store to test fit everything. I put this whole thing together for about $10.Assembly:The O-rings slip into channels on the wheels, you'll want a tight fit.Attach the wheels to the slide like this: (printed parts are in italics)Screw > Washer > Wheel > Washer > Nut (screw the nut down to the washer, but keep it loose so the wheels can spin) > Washer > Slide > Washer > Nut (tighten this nut down, loosen to adjust wheel position) You may need to run the screws through the holes in the wheels to allow for a smoother slide if there's any print defects or elephant's footing.Attach the slide to the stand like this: (printed parts are in italics)Slide the slide into the standScrew > Washer > Rubber Washer > Slide & Stand > Rubber Washer > Washer > Wing Nut (tighten the wing nut down to lock slide in place, loosen to adjust height)
