Rotary adapter for a K40 or any other laser engraver that runs with smoothieware (C3D). The following are non-3d printed parts the user must provide: -- Stepper motor NEMA 17. (42.3MM X 42.3MM) -- 3x 20 Teeth 5mm GT2 Timing Belt Pulley -- Stepper motor screws are M3s. -- The rest of the screws are M5s of 20 and 40MMs for the mounts and end-plate. -- The size of the aluminum extrusion is 25mm x 25mm cut at desired length as long as it fits in your laser bed. -- W & H are 150MM x 85MM. -- The size of the timing belt is of 150MM circumference. — Bearings used are 5mm ID and. 5mm width x 14mm height -- O-rings used I got from Lowes for Delta Faucets part number 80973. I think i used 3 sets. 3D PRINTING SETTINGS The printing time for the mounts is 6 hours at 100% rectilinear infill with a layer height of .3mm and 2 perimeters.
