This project found on Instructables inspired me to create my own pocket laser engraver using mostly recycled materials like screws. I designed it simply so others can easily understand its purpose, even using a different CD burner's actuator. The "X" axis and laser/marker mount are still under construction. Once completed, schematics for the Laser Driver and PCB layout will be provided. Feel free to contact me with suggestions, questions or comments, and share pictures if you decide to make one.
