Laser Engraved knife

We've created a custom knife featuring the iconic Punisher logo, crafted using the Speedy 300 flexx laser machine. How I Designed This Step 1: Choose the Right Laser Machine We opted for the Speedy 300 flexx laser machine because it offers both CO2 and fiber lasers. Given that black oxide plating won't tolerate the fiber laser well but anodized aluminum will, this choice made perfect sense. Step 1: Choose the Right Laser Machine Step 2: Lens A 5-inch lens was chosen for its versatility in handling varying heights. This also provided a larger field of depth to maintain precision throughout the process. Step 2: Lens Step 3: Position the Knife To ensure the knife image fit perfectly on the blade, we imported it into CorelDraw and outlined the knife, verifying that it would fit seamlessly. Step 3: Position the Knife Step 4: Engrave We set our Speedy 300 flexx laser machine to 100 power and 555 speed to achieve this precise engraving. With these settings in place, we were able to get everything into focus effortlessly.
