Designed to shield a laser diode from dust and debris with a heatsink and secure set screw in place. A countersunk circle is engineered for a rare earth magnet, allowing the cover to be easily attached and secured, preventing it from getting misplaced. Additionally, a hole and channel are incorporated for attaching a reminder flag, ensuring you don't forget to remove the cover before powering the laser. Designed specifically for the JTech Photonics 2.8W laser diode, mounted on an X-Carve. This design should also fit other lasers in various applications.
