Laser diode low-profile alignment module

I use 5V 650nm laser diodes, pointed at light sensors, as finish-line timers in my pinewood derby track. These modules hold the diode and help me fine-tune the beam to point directly at the light sensor. They're designed to fit in 2 layers of ¼" MDF.  The base should be exactly ¼" tall itself, and fit almost perfectly within a 1.75" diameter hole (it'll be too tight - fine tune with a round file).  The collet will protrude from the first layer of ¼" MDF, so the second layer will need a triangular opening cut - use the provided models as cut guides. The diodes: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B071FT9HSVThe light sensors: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MYY1ZZHEach module requires:1x M2 screw, 5-6mm, to hold the diode in place.3x M2 hex screws, used to adjust the position of the triangular collet3x M2 nuts, captured in the arms of the triangular colletCategory: Electronics
