As its creator, I sketched the Wine-O-Saur from scratch using Solidworks and designed it with 3mm plywood in mind, though the tabs can easily be modified to accommodate other thicknesses if needed. To bring this unique design to life, I utilized my trusty 65 Watt Epilog Helix laser cutter to precision-cut the intricate pattern from a single piece of material. The finishing touch is the carefully applied wood glue that assembles all the pieces together seamlessly.
