I designed and built a custom laser-cut acrylic paint bottle holder to address the issue of limited space and wall mounting. The finished product measures 20 inches by 12 inches. To create this project, you'll need to acquire 2.75 mm plywood, as it's specifically required for the tongue-and-groove laser joints. The holes that hold the paint bottles are 1 1/2 inches in diameter. If you cut the wood accurately, no glue is necessary for assembly. Ensure the wood is perfectly flat on your cutting table to achieve precise cuts and successful laser joints. I used my Thunder Laser Nova 35 at a speed of 35 mm per second and 65% power to cut out the design. The project was designed using Onshape. Note that part 18 mates with part 11. If you build this project, please share your finished product photos.
