Laser cut Ukulele
thingiverse
Create a complete ukulele using your preferred tuning pegs, which can be bought cheaply on eBay. The parts fit together easily and are self-explanatory; use 0.25" dowel rods to secure the neck to the body, and wood glue for other connections. This design works best with 5mm plywood. Ensure you purchase through-the-back tuning pegs from eBay for around $3, along with spacers that provide friction and prevent unwinding. Add solid wire to your strings to prevent them from pulling through the bridge; attach it to a short length of thick wire. The design has been updated to improve neck support and includes raster data for engraving fret grooves.
