Laser Cut Square Corners
thingiverse
These ingenious laser-cut squares simplify building boxes or frames with ease. Just cut them out from 3mm wood or acrylic and assemble using glue! The recessed center is ideal for tightening with a rubber band, creating four and squaring the corners of your entire project at once. They can also be used to square inside corners. The Sketchup file is provided if you need different sized squares or want to adjust for various thicknesses of material. Additionally, a DXF has been included that makes it simple to import into your laser cutter software. Just be mindful of the cut order; I've grouped the cuts into two sets: an inner cutting group and an outer cutting group that delivers the pieces in a neat sequence.
