Custom Settlers of Catan Board Takes Shape in Laser Cut Form! Contains: Settlers 3-4 Settlers 5-6 Seafarers 3-4 Seafarers 5-6 Quick Test Etching/Cutting File Overview This is my custom laser cut Settlers of Catan Board. Most hexes are remixed from Settlers of Catan Board by shakalandro, Settlers of Catan 6 player interlocking - add your own graphics! by JeffGinger and Lasercut tiles for Settlers of Catan by jmne. I created my own Ore, Gold, and Ocean Hexes as they didn't meet my expectations. All files are cleaned up to prevent overlapping lines that may cause laser cutting issues. Files are available in both inkscape SVG (created here) and CorelDraw X4 formats for printing. File Organization Each game variant includes hexes and borders around them. I split the Seafarers print in half due to size constraints; both full and split versions are included. Suggested Settings I use an Epilog Helix 50W laser at Maker Works, printing on 5mm Birch Plywood with great results. Current settings include: Rastering: 75/95 Vectoring: 12/100/2500 Try adjusting these settings until you're satisfied, using the included test file (prints in about 1.5 minutes).
