Laser cut radius gauge
thingiverse
A clever little gauge for disassembling and verifying objects. These designs are based on jimustanguitar's original concept, but have been revamped for use with a laser cutter. I've added a distinctive MAKE:Bromyard logo across the middle section, as well as additional lines underneath the 6 and 9 to enhance clarity. Two versions of this gauge are available: one features editable blocks, while the other is pre-assembled for your convenience. The numbers and letters have been engraved on their own separate layer, naturally. Print Settings: Printer: Laser Cutter Design Process: I created this gauge using QCAD specifically for use with a laser cutter, as 3D printing it would be an inefficient use of resources!
