Summary Protective visor to be made by laser cutting. Edit 31/03/2020: Visor support file modified for better nesting. Use V2.2 files. Tutorial in progress!!!! Visor support to be cut out of 3mm thick PMMA Front panel to be cut out of 0.4mm soft plastic Visor to be cut from a transparent plastic sheet (PET, rhodoid) 0.2 to 0.3 mm thick. Provide a rubber band for the head circumference. The transparent visor is inserted into the slot and held in place by the lugs. The two lights on the front face are housed in the two lateral grooves. The headlamp offers greater comfort by means of pressure that is better distributed over the head.
