Laser Cut power supply
thingiverse
I decided to transform my ATX into a bench power supply, requiring two pieces of 1/4-inch plywood for additional space. I selected https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LO1DSWQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 connectors and utilized them, acknowledging that better choices might have been made if I had prior knowledge. One LED was connected to the standby function, while the other powered (purple and grey wires) received the power supply's output. Initially, I believed this ATX featured a -5V (white wires), but testing revealed it actually produced 12 volts. I chose to maintain the initial configuration, as modifications were made after all components had been separated.
