Laser Cut Pinewood Derby Car display

There are multiple download options depending on how many cars you want to display or the size of your cutter. To use this design exactly, you must match the material thickness precisely. I used plywood that measured approximately 0.19 inches thick, which is likely equivalent to 5mm plywood despite being slightly under. The clear acrylic was 3/16 inch or 0.1875 inch thick, and all the slots were cut to match these dimensions perfectly. A hook on the side allows for hanging ribbons, while the top clear piece is designed specifically for displaying trophies. I replicated the back of our derby by using a half sheet of paper, and my cutter was maxed out when making the 5-car design that measured approximately 34 inches long.
