I used a Full Spectrum 45W gen 5 Hobby laser to cut this display rack. The finished parts were treated with polyurethane thinned with mineral spirits, which helped bring out their best features. To ensure everything fits together perfectly, it's crucial that the material is exactly 2mm thick - anything less might cause problems during assembly. I designed the display rack in Inkscape, and I highly recommend opening the files using that program for optimal results. While I haven't tested it with CorelDraw or other programs, switching between different projects has led to some strange scaling issues in the past. One known problem is that the slots on the bottom pieces are slightly too wide - however, this doesn't seem to affect the overall assembly process, so I've left it as is for now.
