This modular pegboard design has been a game-changer for us in our workshop, allowing us to create customized storage solutions that suit our specific needs. The system consists of interlocking boards and hooks in various sizes, which can be combined in countless ways to optimize space and accessibility. Our current designs are optimized for 6mm plywood or MDF, with holes spaced 30mm apart. While we've standardized on this configuration, we recognize the value of compatibility with other systems. If you're willing to adapt these plans to a 25mm system, we'd love to see your modifications! All you need to get started is a standard laser cutter – we use a generic CO2 model with a 400x600 mm bed – and some plywood. Our designs have been put through the wringer in our shop, and they've proven themselves durable enough to hold even our heaviest hand tools.
