Laser Cut Nuts and Bolts Organizer

This storage rack can hold up to fifteen Plano 2-3700 organizers, which are ideal for keeping small items such as screws, nuts, and other equipment that fits inside an M8 or SAE 3/8 container in order. While the original Plano racks are made of plastic, they are often overpriced and lack aesthetic appeal. However, building your own rack provides a more affordable solution that also allows you to personalize its design. Instructions Begin by cutting out the necessary parts using a laser cutter. If your device is 600mm x 900mm, like mine, this project should fit perfectly within its workspace. But if your laser is smaller in size, be prepared to modify some of the file templates accordingly. To make the most efficient use of materials, it's recommended to build two of these storage racks simultaneously, which requires both 6mm and 9mm birch plywood.
