Laser Cut Mame Arcade Console - Raspberry Pi
thingiverse
This is a two-player arcade console that runs on PiMame using a Raspberry Pi model B+. I first created one of these just to get some use out of an unused Raspberry Pi and it turned out to be so much fun that everyone who played it fell in love with it right away. After that, I refined it by cleaning it up and making several improvements that resulted in the final version you see here today. 02/13/2015 - The dxf file has been fixed. Other than the box itself, all you need to complete this console is a Pi and an arcade button/joystick combination pack. I got mine from 4partyfun on eBay who did an amazing job and shipped quickly. Their kit came with buttons, sticks, a XinMo USB controller, and everything needed for the wiring. Many people have asked about specific examples of hardware kits, including the differences between Happ and Sanwa, so here are some to get you started: * Two-player Sanwa hardware kit: http://amzn.to/2i7EGYu * Two-player HAPP hardware kit: http://amzn.to/2zbnz2M * Rpi 3 Model B: http://amzn.to/2zSh965 Just remember that the main difference between Happ and Sanwa is in the shape of their joysticks. The bat top style belongs to Happ, while Sanwa uses a ball top style.
