Laser cut living hinge box
thingiverse
I remixed this design to extend the lip of the lid so you can easily grab it. Right now, I'm just using a rubber band for closure. Materials: * 1/8" (3mm) plywood - I used Baltic birch. Special Instructions: * Cut the hinge in the direction of the grain to make bending easier. * Use a damp paper towel to wet the hinge area and allow it to bend without breaking. Hold the hinge closed with a rubber band while it's damp, so the wood retains its position. * Glue everything together, then clamp as needed. Location and Device: Cut this at HackPGH on a WKLaser LC6090.
