laser cut labels
thingiverse
This tool creates impressive laser-cut labels for plastic storage containers. Its uniqueness lies in its compatibility with DXF file format, making it easy to generate your own designs using the Bristol Hackspace laser cutter. Additionally, you can integrate this program with a spreadsheet software for automatic label generation as you add new items. Key requirements include Stencil Gothic JL font, an older pysvg version (0.2.1), TTFQuery and FontTools Python modules, up-to-date pstoedit, and Inkscape. To use, run the makeLabel.py script from the command line, specifying text or a file of text for multiple labels.
