Laser cut guinea pig house with living hinge corners

This is a simple Guinea Pig house I made on the laser cutter using 3mm birch plywood and 3mm MDF. I used an online box generator to get the basic shape, and modified it so it fit within the 12x24 inch laser cutter I have access to. Then I added doors, offset the path so it fits together nicely, and added a couple of joints so the ends of the sides stick together nicely when pressed together. I might lower the next one 1-2cm so both sides fit on the same sheet of plywood. I included separate EPS files for all 3 sheets with the offset fitting for my laser. I also included the Illustrator file complet with all layers, originals as well as offset path versions of all 3 sheets of plywood...
