These laser-cut foam ear protectors ease the strain on people's ears from wearing face masks. Designed to be precision-cut from standard 1/2-inch EVA foam floor mats, I'm using these mats from Harbor Freight: https://www.harborfreight.com/4-piece-anti-fatigue-foam-mat-set-94635.html. With a $9 pack of tiles, I can get nearly 400 ear protectors. There are two SVG files available - one for cutting an entire tile of ear protectors and another for a pair of protectors for those who want to optimize their laser bed layout for different sizes. If you have a larger laser bed than mine, you might be able to fit more on a single tile.
