This custom spool holder was meticulously crafted using Fusion 360's advanced design capabilities. It is specifically engineered to securely store eight twenty-centimeter diameter spools, ensuring a snug and stable fit. To achieve the optimal fit, plywood with a thickness of six millimeters is recommended. Assembly requires careful attention to detail. The flippers, which play a crucial role in holding up the spools, demand a 5mm pin or equivalent fastening mechanism for support. In my case, I utilized five-millimeter rod stock, precision-cut to precise dimensions. Furthermore, the flippers are designed as two separate halves that need to be carefully glued together to form a solid unit.
