Face Shield Designed for Rapid Production on Laser Cutter. This face shield combines numerous influences from others, acknowledging the inspiration provided by all contributors. The design is streamlined into its most basic form, utilizing widely available materials to simplify production. The face shield can be easily sanitized and reused. It's recommended to replace the clear plastic sheet and rubber bands after each use and thoroughly disinfect them. Materials: - 12" x 12" x 1/8th" acrylic sheet (one sheet yields four frames and headbands) - One sheet of 8.5" x 11" transparent plastic (binder covers, projector film, etc.) - A standard three-hole punch - Rubber bands (three or more, depending on size requirements) Equipment: - Laser cutter (using a 50-watt laser with settings: speed 15, power 100, frequency 5000) - Heat gun (for bending and heating the headband to ease installation)
