This is a mask pattern designed specifically for cutting face masks with integrated ear loops out of knit fabric. IT MUST BE KNOTTED FABRIC - WOVEN FABRICS WILL NOT WORK. Jersey cotton yields the best results, similar to T-Shirt material or jersey cotton sheets. I have successfully cut jersey cotton using my Glowforge Pro at 500 speed and 70 power settings. However, your specific settings may vary depending on the fabric composition. COTTON IS THE ONLY SAFE CHOICE - AVOID ALL SYNTHETIC MATERIALS AS THEY PRESENT A SIGNIFICANT FIRE HAZARD.
