Laser-cut Eurorack Case
thingiverse
This is the design and DXF/SVG files for a custom eurorack enclosure. The enclosure is still a work in progress, so these files may change as I finish things up. Basically the case is two parts. 1. A wooden box built from plywood (e.g. a finger-jointed box generated by https://www.makercase.com/) with aluminum vector rails (TS600s) mounted in it. 2. Wooden side-cheeks, a dowel handle that interlocks with them, and a kickstand. All of this can be laser cut or CNC-ed. The parts are too big to 3d print. Box dimensions are: Rail dimensions are: This is all in quarter-inch plywood. Smaller cases could be done in 1/8" ply, but you'd want to glue on some braces to give it more overall strength.
