Laser cut Ethernet shield / Arduino enclosure
thingiverse
A laser-cut 3mm acrylic enclosure accommodates Arduino and Ethernet shields, granting access to ports like USB, DC jack, Ethernet, SD card slot, reset button, and pin headers. It's modeled after the standard Arduino case but with resized dimensions and relocated reset button hole aligned with Ethernet shield's button. The design is from London Hack Space. Assemble by inserting board with USB first, affix it to base plate using M3 bolts or stand-offs, then add top plate secured by four 50mm M3 bolts or elastic band. Be cautious not to overtighten to prevent acrylic damage. Original design from Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5029.
