We revamped the Face Mask Ear Saver to make it laser cutting-friendly. We're repurposing excess material from our face shield production line. This design will work with any non-acrylic material, as acrylic can shatter and break when cut, posing a risk to the wearer's safety. Acrylic also struggles to withstand most disinfecting solutions. Material: 0.02" PETG sheet Settings: * 50-watt CO2 laser * 60 mm/s speed * 75% power * Repeat cuts twice
