Here's a simple box designed to store two copies of Ariah Studio's Deck Box Dungeons game, along with up to four sets of character dashboards found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4344484. The card compartment is spacious enough to hold sleeved or non-sleeved cards. To make it easier to remove the dice/meeples from their designated area, consider keeping them in the plastic bags they came with the original game box. The box lid fits snugly on top. The design is optimized for 3mm thick wood and laser cutting.
