Laser Cut Covid Vaccine Card Holder

<p>It is being suggested that you don't laminate your Covid vaccine card because we might need booster records added to it later. I still wanted a good way to protect my card especially if it was going to be needed for travel anywhere.&nbsp;</p><p>After having laser cut so many PETG face shields and seeing that it was possible to fuse two sheets together by accident, I thought maybe I could do it on purpose.</p><p>Lay two sheets of thing PETG ontop of each other in your laser and set the dashed lines to a score operation and the solid outline to a cut. On my Glowforge, I used settings of 350 speed and 25 power for the dashes and 430 speed and 80 power for the cut.</p><p>Once the cut is complete, the top edge might be lightly fused but can be opened by scraping a razorblade of a sharp knife along the edge. After that, you should be able to open the holder and slide your card right in for safe travels.</p>
