Laser Cut Cardboard Partition Generator
thingiverse
This Python script generates custom box partitions for laser cutting purposes. To use it, simply run $ python2 gen_partition.py followed by inner width, flap width, and height of partition (all in mm). An optional arc width control angle can also be specified. The resulting SVG file will have pink lines for lower power cuts, parallel to the corrugations, while black lines require full power. Note that Thingiverse's render is cropped to a square, but the actual file is wider and compatible with InkScape.
