Introducing an innovative acrylic laser business card, this unique design transforms into functional metric/imperial callipers featuring a precise vernier scale accurate down to 1/20th of a millimeter. Due to the limited space on the business card, instructions are not included; however, screened envelopes displaying a detailed 3D assembly diagram will be provided. The files need further polishing but are fully functional. The creator discovered Thingiverse and decided to release it after coming across an inspiring design. Temporary cellphone images are posted until professional photos become available. Updates include adjustments for a looser friction fit. The .las settings file is included, with cut order comprising deep raster etch, vector cuts, and light raster etches using different colors for various operations. Designed to work with 1/16th inch clear acrylic, the cards can also be etched from watercolor paper. Flipping and back etching the cards enhances their appearance.
