To enhance my homemade CNC machine, I crafted a cable chain with help from Corel Draw and my Full Spectrum s 40-watt laser. Settings: 30% speed, 70% power; material thickness, .08. Assembling the chain is straightforward - snap top and bottom into sides, secured with Weld-On acrylic cement overnight. Post-drying, link assembly using plastic rivets follows. Future plans include adding ends hold downs.
