In 1/4" acrylic, cut twice as many parts as you have bushings in Corel Draw, based on the SCAD source file pla-bushing.scad. Stack and glue them together to create a snug fit for your bushing with an interior diameter of 5/16" and exterior diameter of 0.439". Ignoring the Z dimension, these parts will have a nearly circular hole in the center that matches the bushing's size. For a slightly bigger fit, opt for 1/2" acrylic, but note that this may cause the top of the part's hole to be wider than the bottom.
