This bearing is crafted from 0.080-inch thick plexiglass, offering an affordable alternative to pricier materials. It utilizes .177 caliber BBs as balls for smooth operation. Red 'r' markings are merely assembly indicators. Additionally, .100 holes allow for pinning parts together using coat hanger wire. To replicate, print two SVG designs on 0.080-inch (2mm) Plexiglas sheets. Use the design with a larger gap to create inner pieces and the one with a smaller gap for outer pieces. This bearing was specifically designed as a neck assembly for a robot.
