Laser Cut Acrylic Puzzle

The puzzle was created using this website. A huge thank you to Draradech for sharing their work online so we could easily use puzzle pieces/paths! Deep engraving settings were used with the top masked off (blue tape). Magnetic tape was cut and added to the back of each puzzle piece, working perfectly on a magnetic surface. A 6" square piece of acrylic was used. The puzzle has 25 pieces. Rounded corners were created in Adobe Illustrator after releasing paths to find only the outer edge of the puzzle. A rounded edge square was added and merged with the paths together. The laser cutter followed the compound path without any issues. Puzzle pieces are a bit sharp on the edges, but this can be controlled somewhat with settings in the online generator. The STL file is just a placeholder for Thingiverse upload - there's no 3D model associated with this project! Give attribution and link back to me if you create something!
