To give you that extra precision, you'll need a super affordable Chinese laser pointer (similar to the one shown in the photo above), 8mm threaded rod, and a hotend printer nozzle - this does double duty as an iris, carefully focusing the laser beam. It's proven itself to be absolutely flawless at finding centers of drill marks, holes, and even larger openings. I'm impressed, it's definitely my top pick for centering devices ever!
