Laser Cable Strain Relief
prusaprinters
This part replaces two of the spacer shims on a fairly common laser engraver module to provide zip tie points for strain relief. No additional hardware required. It screws into place with the original screws. Just unscrew, remove the two plastic spacers, and insert this part instead. Screw back together, zip, and go.This was designed specifically for a Two Trees TT-5.5 engraver. There's a picture of the specific laser included for reference. I've seen essentially the same laser on a ton of Chinese cutters & engravers lately, so chances are it will work on other units. This laser has a sandwich of a plexiglass plate, controller board, cooling fan, then the laser, everything 40mm square with 6mm tall standoffs. If that's what you've got, give it a try. Print in PLA or PETG, oriented as it would be used - the stalk for the cable sticking straight up. No supports required.
