The objective here is to transform some data from a Hokuyo URG-04LX scanning laser into an altitude reading. For more details, visit http://www.ros.org/wiki/laser_height_estimation. To assemble it, apply double-sided tape to fasten the "hat" onto the laser, and cut mirrors using a glass cutter.
