Hello, I've redesigned it to fit perfectly on my 4040 Laser. Please print the original Air Nozzle from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1688209. This should help all Laser users with a 4040 size printer. To attach the parts, simply insert an M3 screw into the holes on both sides of the laser cooling aluminum part. I'm grateful for the original design.
