Laser cutting is fully supported across a broad range of applications on our LaserPro engravers. Besides Acrylic, which is used most often, many customers also cut paper and textile using this series. Nonetheless, during or after laser cutting, a burning effect can result in scorched edges that negatively impact the output quality. To overcome this challenge with scorching, we are introducing the Nozzle to eliminate this problem entirely. When a flame erupts or materials become discolored, the nozzle generates intense air pressure to quickly blow away debris and particle residues instantly. I specifically designed the Nozzle as an optional item recommended for cutting fabric that reduces burning marks while producing a pristine surface finish. A large image illustrates how the Fine Nozzle significantly improves the material by leaving a clean surface finish. Here are some tips: Do not activate Auto Focus when using the Fine Nozzle or Ultra Nozzle. Instead, utilize the focus gauge to ensure accurate focusing and prevent the laser from hitting the worktable. Be sure to adjust airflow according to the materials used.
