I'm excited to finally create something from scratch instead of just printing files from Thingiverse. A week into printing and I've got a lot to learn still. I took an image of the Las Vegas skyline in .png format and converted it using Microsoft 3D Builder into a .stl file. Initially, my print was lacking support for the High Roller due to relying solely on the image, and I wasn't satisfied with the font on the Welcome Sign. To improve the design, I edited the image by blacking out artistic voids, added a cylinder to provide support for the High Roller, and engraved 3D lettering onto the Welcome Sign.
