I've been working on a homemade tank. This is a work in progress, so files can and will be changed as updates are made. On my machine, the track frame had to be printed on its "back" and diagonally (45 degrees) to fit on the build platform. One track set requires: - 2 - Track frames - 1 - Tension bar - 2 - Suspensions - 2 - Sprockets - 10 - Rollers - 10 - 608 2RS Skate bearings - 28 - Track Links (I simply used jumbo paper clips to hinge the links together) - 9 - 5/16" Hex Bolts (roughly 1.5" long) - 9 - 5/16" Hex Nuts - 18 - 5/16" Flat Washers - 1 - 1/4" Threaded rod (length dependent on distance of motor) - 4 - 1/4" Lock washers - 4 - 1/4" Hex Nuts - 1 - Motor Mount (Mine was designed for a Johnson HC970 and will probably need to be redone depending on the motor you use.) I revised the motor mount to a two-piece design, requiring less time and plastic, on June 24th, 2017.
