Larson Class Destroyer (My Take)
thingiverse
I'm reimagining the classic Fasa Larson class destroyer, inspired by some great Trekyards videos I watched while working on previous ships. One video in particular sparked an idea - Gene Roddenberry's Rules of Starship Design emphasized that a warp bubble requires an even number of nacelles. This got me thinking about how Fasa might have designed their ships if they'd followed these rules. I started with the Larson, one of my favorite designs, and decided to keep its core features while incorporating twin nacelles. However, routing the warp conduits became a challenge; I added a small engineering section between the "wings" to resolve this issue. This way, the warp conduits can travel directly to the nacelles, allowing me to place the deflector dish on the secondary wing.
