This is a custom bolt head for 1/4 inch dowel. It's not designed to handle sharp tips or metal tips, as the buffer space is limited to just 5 millimeters. I haven't printed it yet, but I strongly recommend using a resolution of less than 0.4mm and 100% infill to achieve optimal results. Before gluing it in place, test fire the bolt head to check for any warping issues. Please exercise extreme caution when handling this item - if you do happen to use it as a projectile, make sure to have quick access to medical help on standby. Safety should always be your top priority. Edit: The V2 model is significantly more robust and can withstand higher levels of stress. However, the V1 model remains available for those who need it, despite its compromised design. Unfortunately, I'm unable to fix the issue with one of the fins not making contact with the base, as the original design file has been lost. For best results, I recommend printing this bolt head using ABS plastic and subsequently annealing it to enhance durability. This will greatly extend the lifespan of your custom bolt head - simply apply a hot press to the arrow tip for an even more secure bond than any epoxy or gel glue can provide.
