Ok, I tried my hand at a blower fan again. This thing is a beast. We have still not seen a true blower fan and my goal is to make it happen. This beast measures about 255mm square and 145mm thick when fully assembled. Unfortunately I don't have a large enough printer to get this thing tested or I'd test it but I think it should work if someone wants to give it a shot. Let me know if y'all see something that needs to change. EDIT: The fan now has forward and backward curved blade designs for the squirrel cage part of the fan. Try them both! The Forward design should get you more static pressure and the Backward design should get you more flow. The way the test print work is... 1) Print. The cage and the test print. 2) Attach the a12x25 to the cage then mount the test print to the a12x25. 3) Measure. Your test print should measure 2mm thick at the outer disk. There should be 2mm of room between the disk and the cage or 4mm of room from the top of the disk to the cage. 4) If the measurements are not adding up adjust the test piece that is included in the .step file provided. 5) Once you get everything fitting properly with the test, adjust the fan blades part of the .step file to the same dimensions as the test piece that you have been modifying. Making sure that there is always 15mm of room between the bottom of the hub and the hub seat
